I picked the ripest one

Cami: Faith 21
Jacket: Lane Bryant
Belt: Torrid
Skirt: Evans (via Christina)
Shoes: Torrid
Earrings: Aldo
Bracelet: My closet

I bookmarked this look by Delmy because I love the pop of color that the skirt provides and when I saw this Evans fuschia bodycon skirt in Christina's shop I knew it had to be mine! Put the two together and voila! Hmmm maybe this should start being a feature. Straight sized blogger fashions in plus sizes? Yay or nay? Hope everyone is having a happy Friday!

P.S. I also changed to look of the blog. The stark white makes the photos pop a little better in my opinion. Thoughts?

If you want me you can find me

I could clothe a small third world country entirely in V necks with all the ones I have in my drawer alone. I just love them! I got this one from Old Navy for $5 and the stripes are black, not blue. I made the skirt for about $7 and 3-4 hours of frustration. But it walks like a skirt and talks like a skirt so it stayed out of the trash. The "chain necklace" is a belly chain I found in my closet and the black pumps are from Torrid and I looooove them. I love them. Did I mention I love them?

Mint Chocolate Baby

My DIYed Skinny Jeans! The jeans are on their last leg but I feel pretty proud of myself!

FOTD for those that wanted to see. I'll have to look up the products I used if anyone wants to know.

Met up with this lady at the mall. Love her :)

Top: Alloy
Jeans: Old Pair DIYed into Skinny Jeans
Purse: Forever 21
Earrings: Forever 21
Shoes: My Closet

So Friday I was supposed to be going to get my car inspected (boo) but my best friend and I decided it to head to the mall because it was so nice outside (yay!). I threw on my DIYed skinny jeans because, well, they're pretty much the only jeans I have that even remotely fit me and they're comfortable. I'll admit, they are definitely on their last leg but they serve their purpose still so I'll keep putting my big ol thighs in them. I love Alloy and this is a shirt I always have in two other colors. The fabric is perfect for those 60-70 degree weather days, light and airy. How are you guys enjoying your weekend so far? How's the weather where you live?

P.S. Isn't my niece cute? :-D
